Job Responsibilities:

1. Guide the manufacturing process of the transformer (inductor) and confirm it.

2. Follow up and inspect samples of transformers (inductors), and confirm their construction methods, appearance dimensions and electrical characteristics.

3. Responsible for the preparation and modification of the transformer (inductance) specification, and the relevant personnel must be based on the latest and most accurate information.

4. Responsible for categorizing and sorting out all the materials (including specifications, confirmation letters, sample materials, etc.) of the transformer (inductance).

5. Responsible for communicating all material quality or technical issues with suppliers and third parties of transformers (inductors).

6. Responsible for negotiating and communicating abnormal issues with other departments of the company on transformer issues.

7. Complete other transformer (inductance) related issues arranged by the project leader or project manager.

8. Complete other tasks arranged by the chief engineer of the R&D department.


Qualifications:

1. Technical secondary school degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering and electronics.

2. More than two years of experience in inductor/transformer design and production.

3. Familiar with transformer, inductor process flow, material characteristics and standard requirements.

4. Familiar with the working process of the R&D department.

5. Proficiency in Word, Excel, AutoCAD.

6. Have certain management experience and good communication skills.



Head of Structure Group

Job Responsibilities:

1. In the product research and development stage, evaluate, control and improve the manufacturability of research and development products, improve product quality, and reduce product manufacturing costs.

2. Participate in the review of the plan design, PCB layout, and structural layout of the new project of the R&D department.

3. Participate in all stages of the review of all projects as a member of the expert review panel of the R&D department, such as: plan review, PCB/structure layout review, PCB/structure pre-issuance review, prototype review, inductor/transformer/wire, etc. ( In addition to the schematic) review.

4. Participate in the process optimization of the PCB and structure design of the prototype revision, and follow up the implementation of the problem points found in the prototype stage.

5. Responsible for the review of all process documents for each model before and after trial production.

6. Track the trial production and production process of the product, summarize the defective points, and supervise and implement the improvement of the relevant personnel in the R&D department.

7. Responsible for the review countersignature of the changes to the product-related technical documents required by the "Change Record Review and Notice" or the "Internal Notice".

8. Complete other tasks arranged by the R&D engineer and the chief engineer of the R&D department.


Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, and have received industrial engineering (IE) professional knowledge training, electronics or Chinese-related professional training.

2. More than three years of IE supervisor management experience in the R&D department, familiar with the overall operation process of the R&D department.

3. Proficiency in AUTO CAD, SolidWorks, Altium, Office and other software.

4. Have certain management knowledge and a good sense of teamwork.


R & D Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. The person in charge of the overall design of the power supply product of a project.

2. Review of design input data and pre-research (research) of development projects.

3. According to customer information requirements, carry out necessary technical exchanges and communication, and be responsible for project design and development.

4. Participate in review meetings at all stages of project design and development.

5. Follow up the progress and exception handling of the design and development work of the project team members.

6. Check the product BOM and the recognition of new components.

7. Summarize the project team members' proposals for product engineering/technical changes and the content of the changes, and determine the initiation of the design change order.

8. The output of technical and review materials in the design and development process.

9. Handover of design and production process and assist production to deal with abnormalities.

11. Responsible for reviewing product specifications, factory inspection reports, product labels, structural drawings, wire specifications, bills of materials and other product documents prepared by project team members.

R & D Engineer
